3 Biggest Issues

And How CitiClean Services Overcomes Them

1. Quality of Cleaning Drops as Time Goes On

    The Problem

    No Accountability

Cleaners start off strong because they want the hours. But as time goes on, without accountability, their cleaning gets lazy. Simple tasks get overlooked because there is no accountability.

    Cleaners Rotate

Whenever a new cleaner comes into your building, the problem is in the training. Tasks are only verbally passed down to new cleaners. Without checklists the new cleaners struggle to do every task needed

    Lack of Training

If your cleaning company generates more complaints than compliments, it might be time to look elsewhere. Without video and picture training for the new cleaners, you’re bound to have more issues than you want.

    The Solution

    Cleaning Tasks

Every one of our cleaners has the cleaning tasks in the bid in the palm of their hands. They are required to complete every item on the checklist in order to clock out.

    We Check In

We’re not like other companies who just collect a check and never check in. Relationships are important. Your Account Manager will check in with you to review cleaning every 1-2 weeks to make sure you’re happy with our service.

    Inspection Score

Our Supervisor will perform an inspection every two weeks. You have access to a portal where you can see the score we gave the cleaners and if there is anything they need to improve on.

    Message Us

If there ever is any problem, you can simply message us on your portal and your Account Manager (and the owners of CitiClean) will communicate with you and make sure the problem gets resolved as a priority.

    2. Lack of Communication

      The Problem

      Who Do You Know?

Do you have a good relationship with your Account Manager? Do they check in with you every week or two? Do they actually listen to you? Relationships are super important if you want your cleaning to stay up to par.

      Who You Gonna Call?

No, not ghostbusters. Most janitorial companies rarely communicate with their clients, and the only time you communicate with them is when there are issues. (honestly, that’s not a great relationship).

      Complain

If you have to complain about the same thing over and over again, you should switch companies. Plain and simple. We get it… issues happen. But you shouldn’t have to complain about them more than once.

      The Solution

      Direct Chat Support

You have a client portal where you can chat with your Account Manager as well as the owners of CitiClean directly.

      View Tasks

See completed tasks the cleaners did, verify all are done, see who is cleaning your business each night and view times when they clocked in/out.

      Submit Issue Tickets

While our mom thinks we’re perfect, we can make mistakes too (sorry mom 😬). But rest assured, you’ll have a place to submit any problem areas that need to be resolved.

      In The Loop

Get notified when an inspection is done, or an issues gets resolved. Always be in the loop. Always be heard. If things need to be fixed, you have a voice (and place) to be heard with CitiClean.

      3. Paying Too Much… or Not Paying Enough

        The Problem

Are You Getting a Good Deal?

The “good deal” you’re getting only allows your janitorial company to hire “average” cleaners. It’s great to save some money. But when your building isn’t getting cleaned the way you’d like it and you have to nag over and over again, you have to ask yourself if it’s really worth it just to save a few hundred dollars per year.

        Kitchen or Medical Practice?

Kitchen cleaners (or medical cleaners) demand higher wages. Most janitorial companies do not hire kitchen/medical specific cleaners. They just roll over their existing office staff and try to teach them how to clean your building. Inevitably, you call another company and repeat the cycle. Let’s stop the cycle.

        Overpaying

Maybe you’re cleaning company is doing a great job. Maybe you never have to complain and maybe… just maybe, you’re happy. You know what else would make you happier? Saving money. Let us take a look at your cleaning schedule and how much you’re paying. If we can do the same and save you more money, your CFO will love you.

        The Solution

        Specific Cleaners

We only hire specific cleaners for your location. For example, if you have a restaurant, we only hire cleaners who know how to clean a char broiler, clean/drain a fryer, and when we say salamander, they know we’re not talking about those weird little lizards.

        List Everything

Our proposals list out every single item we will clean in detail, along with the amount of times we will perform that service each visit so there never is any question.

        l

        Tasks For Inspections

And just so there aren’t any surprises, the scope of work printed out on your proposal will be used to create your weekly inspections. This way, if something isn’t getting done, we can correct it right away.

        Treated Fairly

No matter your budget, you’ll get the service your restaurant needs. We don’t pride ourselves on giving you a “good deal”, we pride ourselves on doing exactly what you need at a fair price.
